International seminar in Finland

Future Challenges in Professional Kitchens III –seminar is calling for researchers, developers, teachers, professionals, students and other actors in the field of Professional Kitchens to come together to discuss and exchange opinions and experiences about the future challenges in the field. The seminar will also offer possibilities for international networking.

The seminar will be arranged by Mikkeli University of Applied Sciences where operations of Professional Kitchens are researched and developed, and food services professionals are educated. The main themes in research and development are sustainable business, innovative food services and the future of food services.

In the two-day seminar we will focus on foreseeing the challenges of the future, especially sustainable business in food services and intelligent and experiential food services.
