External Evaluation
Through the external evaluation MUAS obtains information of the present state of its operations and its development in relation to other universities and other operational environment. The external evaluation can be carried out as an overall evaluation or as the evaluation of one department, degree programme or a separate process. MUAS participates in the evaluation projects of e.g. the Finnish Higher Education Evaluation Council. Also the performance-based indicators of the Ministry of Education and Culture, various benchmarking projects and feedback from the working life concerning the improvement of education, research, development and innovation, services, societal impact and regional development, serve the aims of external evaluation.
